1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fureverstickers.com (“the Site”) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Orders

FurEver Stickers offers custom die-cut stickers created from customer-submitted pet photos. Orders are accepted as either a one-time purchase (10-pack) or a monthly subscription (10 stickers per month). All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unsuitable image content, or errors in pricing.

3. Photo Submissions & Content Rights

When you upload a photo — whether through the order flow or the free instant-preview tool — you grant FurEver Stickers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that image and any AI-generated artwork derived from it for the purposes of fulfilling your order and for marketing, social media, and promotional content (including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).

You represent that you own or have the right to submit the photo and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We will never sell your photos to third parties.

4. Free Preview Tool

The free instant-preview feature uses artificial intelligence to generate a sample sticker from your uploaded photo. Preview images are watermarked and are provided for illustrative purposes only. By using the preview tool, you acknowledge and agree that your uploaded photo and the generated preview image may be saved and used for marketing purposes as described in Section 3.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For subscription orders, your payment method will be charged monthly on your billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where the product is defective or significantly different from what was ordered. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after production. FurEver Stickers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

7. Privacy

Your personal information (name, email, shipping address) is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell personal data. For more detail on how we handle data, contact us at hello@fureverstickers.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and AI-generated artwork produced by FurEver Stickers is owned by or licensed to FurEver Stickers. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FurEver Stickers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
