What size are the stickers?
Stickers are approximately 3" × 3" (we may adjust the exact dimensions slightly to make your pet look its best). They're die-cut around your pet's shape, not square.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days after we receive your photo. You'll get a shipping notification with a tracking link as soon as they're on their way.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — cancel any time from your Stripe billing portal, with no fees and no questions asked. You keep all stickers you've already received.
What makes a good photo?
Clear, well-lit shots with your pet facing forward work best. Natural daylight is ideal. Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily filtered photos — the clearer the photo, the better the sticker.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Yes! Our stickers are printed on premium waterproof vinyl and are scratch-resistant. They're great for water bottles, laptops, phone cases, and more.
