FurEver Stickers (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates fureverstickers.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you visit or place an order on our Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Name and email address (when placing an order or creating an account)
• Shipping address (for order fulfillment)
• Pet photos you upload to create stickers or use the free preview tool
• Messages you send us via email

Information collected automatically

• Pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs (via PostHog analytics)
• IP address and approximate geographic location (country/city)
• Device type, operating system, and browser

Payment information

We do not store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and stores payment information on our behalf under their own Privacy Policy.

• To fulfill your order and communicate order status with you
• To create custom sticker artwork from your uploaded pet photos
• To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates) via Resend
• To allow you to manage your account (subscription, orders, address)
• To improve our Site and understand how customers use it (analytics)
• To use your pet photo and AI-generated sticker artwork in marketing materials (social media, ads, website gallery) — as described in our Terms & Conditions, Section 3

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data so we can understand how visitors navigate the Site and improve the experience. PostHog is configured to collect only aggregate behavior (page views, clicks) — it does not receive personally identifiable information and does not track form input values.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to ad networks. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

6. Photo Storage & Retention

Pet photos you upload are stored securely in Supabase Storage (hosted on AWS). Photos uploaded during the free preview tool are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. Photos uploaded as part of an order are retained for the life of your order relationship with us (including active subscriptions).

We will never sell your photos to third parties. As noted in our Terms & Conditions, we may use photos for marketing purposes. If you would like your photo removed from our systems or from any marketing materials, email us and we will honor your request promptly.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only:

• With service providers listed in Section 4, as necessary to operate the Site
• With our fulfillment partner (if applicable) to produce and ship your stickers — limited to your name and shipping address
• If required by law or to protect our legal rights
• In connection with a business transfer (e.g., acquisition), with notice to you

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to order retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing use of your pet photos
• Cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Pet photos are stored with access controls — they are not publicly accessible without a time-limited signed URL. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have concerns about the security of your data, contact us immediately.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will notify you by email if we have your address on file.
